SHIPPING POLICIES FOR TURKEY

Figg ships from Istanbul, Turkey using local cargo services. Shipping is free of charge for all orders within Turkey.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after it is placed. A  tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Once your package is given to the local carrier, the item becomes the carrier's responsibility and Figg is not liable for loss or damage.

At the moment, we're only able ship to Turkey but we're hoping to expand this in the future

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

(applies only to Turkey orders)

Only domestic orders are eligible for returns or exchanges. All international orders are final sale.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return receipt. Figg has the right to deny any refund that does not meet all our policy requirements set forth in the following paragraphs.

To be eligible for a return or exchange products must be in their original condition, unaltered and unworn. To avoid damage, please gently try on your shoes on a soft surface because hard surfaces may scratch or damage the soles. If your shoes show signs of wear or soiling, including marks on the soles, uppers, or insides, the shoes will not qualify for a refund. Carefully repack your shoes in the manner they were delivered to you (with tissue, dust bag, booklet, and all protective packing materials) to prevent product damage in transit.

Prior to the return, please email us at hello@figgbrand.com. Please include the original order number in the subject line of the email and explain the reason for your return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements. The return delivery is free of charge.  Please carefully package the item(s) in its original packing materials and provide tracking number with delivery confirmation and insurance to hello@figgbrand.com 

All items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions.
