You may choose up to three characters. Only capital letters and the dot (.) are accepted.
Once personalised, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for customised pieces.
Personalising your Figgs is simple:
- Enter your initials.
- If you’d like dots between letters, tick the corresponding box (this option allows a maximum of two letters).
- Complete your order — your personalised pair will be crafted and shipped with care.
Do not wear your shoes in rainy days as it will damage the leather. If they get wet, let them dry naturally.
We recommend you to use suede or leather waterproof spray before using your shoes to minimize the stains.
Last but not least, slip your shoes in their own dust bag when not in use or when you pack them for travel.
Cleaning your suede Figgs:
Remove the shoelaces if available.
Gently brush your shoes in the same direction with a suede brush to remove dust and dirt but for stubborn stains you may need to clean them with suede shampoo.
Remove stains with a help of a suede eraser, finish by brushing the shoe.
Here is a tip : Suede can be “refreshed” using steam from the kettle and gently cleaning with a rubber suede brush.
Cleaning your leather Figgs:
Remove the shoelaces if available.
Gently brush your shoes with a leather brush or wipe off with soft cloth to remove dust and dirt.
If a more intense clean is required then use a high quality leather cleaner and a conditioner and air dry.
Finish by brushing the shoe.
Free shipping on all orders within Turkey. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
International shipping is available to selected destinations, with delivery typically taking 2–10 business days. Due to ongoing regional conditions, deliveries to some areas (including parts of the MENA region) may experience delays.
Returns for Turkey, orders are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
