Ticari Elektronik İleti Açık Rıza Metni

Figg Brand Mağazacılık A.Ş. (“Data Controller”) has informed me that my personal data in the categories of identity and contact information are intended to be processed for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages via e-mail within the scope of campaign, discount, promotion, advertising, promotional and marketing activities related to products and services.

I declare that I have been informed by the Data Controller through the Privacy Notices titled “CUSTOMER PRIVACY NOTICE” and “SHOPIFY CUSTOMER PRIVACY NOTICE” regarding which personal data will be processed, for what purposes they will be processed, and with whom they will be shared.

I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my aforementioned personal data by the Data Controller based on the legal ground set forth in Article 5/1 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, which states that “personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject.”

I hereby give my explicit consent for my personal data in question (identity and contact information) to be transferred domestically by the Data Controller, limited to the specified purposes, based on the legal ground set out in Article 8/1 of the KVKK, which states that ‘Personal data cannot be transferred without the explicit consent of the data subject.’”

I acknowledge that I may withdraw my consent at any time without providing any reason. Upon withdrawal, the processing of my personal data for marketing and the sending of commercial electronic communications will be terminated immediately.

Figg Brand Mağazacılık A.Ş. (“Veri Sorumlusu”) tarafından, ürün ve hizmetlere ilişkin kampanya, indirim, tanıtım, reklam, promosyon ve pazarlama faaliyetleri kapsamında e-posta yoluyla ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesi amacıyla kimlik ve iletişim veri kategorisindeki kişisel verilerimin   işlenmek istendiği hususunda bilgilendirildim.

İşlenecek kişisel verilerin neler olduğu, ne amaçla işleneceği ve kimlerle paylaşılacağı ile ilgili Veri Sorumlusu tarafından “MÜŞTERİ
 KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASINA İLİŞKİN AYDINLATMA METNİ” ve “SHOPIFY MÜŞTERİ
 KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASINA İLİŞKİN AYDINLATMA METNİ” Aydınlatma Metinleri ile aydınlatıldığımı beyan ederim. 

Söz konusu kişisel verilerimin Veri Sorumlusu tarafından KVKK m.5/1’de belirtilen “kişisel veriler ilgili kişinin açık rızası olmaksızın işlenemez” hukuki sebebine dayanarak işlenmesine açık rıza gösteriyorum.

Söz konusu kişisel verilerimin (kimlik ve iletişim) belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı olarak Veri Sorumlusu tarafından KVKK m.8/1’de belirtilen “Kişisel veriler, ilgili kişinin açık rızası olmaksızın aktarılamaz” hukuki sebebine dayanarak yurtiçinde aktarılmasına açık rıza gösteriyorum.

Her zaman hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin verdiğim rızayı geri çekme hakkına sahip olduğumu ve bu durumda kişisel verilerimin pazarlama amacıyla işlenmesinin ve tarafıma ticari elektronik ileti gönderiminin derhal durdurulacağını anladığımı beyan ederim.
