Shipping Policies For Turkey
Figg ships all orders from Istanbul, Turkey using trusted local courier partners.
Shipping is free of charge for all domestic orders within Turkey.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following order confirmation.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Once your package is given to the local courier partners, the item becomes the courier’s responsibility and Figg is not liable for loss or damage.
International Shipping (Including MENA Region)
Figg is gradually expanding its international shipping capabilities and currently offers delivery to selected destinations. Due to ongoing regional conditions and restricted airspace operations, shipments to certain regions (including parts of the MENA region) may occasionally experience extended delivery times, route adjustments, or delays in tracking updates. Please note that all international delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on logistics operations, customs procedures, and other external factors beyond our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate these conditions.
Shipping Process & Delivery
Orders placed before 12:30 PM (GMT+3) are processed the same business day, while orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day. Please note that no shipments are processed on weekends or public holidays. Courier companies typically make two delivery attempts; if delivery cannot be completed, you may reschedule the delivery or your order may be redirected to a designated pickup point. Orders held at pickup locations are usually kept for 5–7 days, after which uncollected shipments may be returned.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the recipient not being available at the time of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, the order may be returned to Figg. In such cases, additional shipping and handling costs may apply for re-delivery or may be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns & Exchanges
(applies only to Turkey orders)
Only domestic orders are eligible for returns or exchanges. All international orders are final sale.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return receipt. Figg has the right to deny any refund that does not meet all our policy requirements set forth in the following paragraphs.
To be eligible for a return or exchange products must be in their original condition, unaltered and unworn. To avoid damage, please gently try on your shoes on a soft surface because hard surfaces may scratch or damage the soles. If your shoes show signs of wear or soiling, including marks on the soles, uppers, or insides, the shoes will not qualify for a refund. Carefully repack your shoes in the manner they were delivered to you (with tissue, dust bag, booklet, and all protective packing materials) to prevent product damage in transit.
Prior to the return, please email us at hello@figgbrand.com. Please include the original order number in the subject line of the email and explain the reason for your return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements. The return delivery is free of charge. Please carefully package the item(s) in its original packing materials and provide tracking number with delivery confirmation and insurance to hello@figgbrand.com
All items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions
International Orders
At this time, international orders may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges, depending on the destination.
If a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances as return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer or additional logistics costs may apply.
Indicative Return Shipping Costs (may vary):
• Europe: approximately 1.800 – 2.500 TL
• Rest of the World: approximately 2.500 – 5.500 TL
Final return costs will be confirmed at the time of the return request. Applicable return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
